Only good thing is location

Staff was rude. This hotel is run very poorly with having to go into the massage shop to check in, I arrived at the correct check in time of 2pm but didn’t get the key until 4:30pm. My key was lost when I was out also, they did not have any spare keys for the room, which is crazy to think they don’t have spare keys for rooms. I had to pay 1000 baht for a locksmith to get into my room, the rooms are poor and smell of smoke.

Nothing can be said because; It’s not even a hotel, and it shouldn’t be. Registered at Booking

Actually this hotel is not a hotel, wrong map location, there is no nameplate on the street even no any signI could the hotel, staff told me to go a massage parlor, one of employees of this massage parlor opened a tinny pass and then I went up, and I waited and she came and checked her phone. One sent her via WhatsApp bookings , but she didn’t find my booking. Although I show my booking to her, she said sorry and I left the hotel(!)

The staff was not helpfull. Dirty hotel. Not clean beds. Found condoms in the bed. We sent a complaint and didnt get any understanding. Vi checked out the same day we checked in..

Recently stayed at this charming accommodation and couldn't be happier. The cozy atmosphere, location, cleanliness, and friendly staff made for a delightful experience. Conveniently located with easy access to local attractions. A hidden gem worth every penny!Additional: We were doubtful at first but went with our gut feeling and the positive reviews. Totally worth it (at least for us!). Would recommend anyone coming to Pattaya staying alone or with friends, gfs/bfs, spouses, etc.

We extended our stay by another few days until our flight out from BKK. Wish we could stay longer.

My group of friends and I had a great time! Initially, we had booked only one room for one night but ended up booking more rooms and extending our stay. Simple reasons for us - superb location, amazing staff and big clean reliable rooms. The manager and his team are extremely kind and helpful. They also offer airport transfer (transport) whcih we booked with them (both ways). Great service!

My mates and I stayed here. Really enjoyed our stay! Would love to stay longer though.10 on 10 top rating for friendly service, location, room and price.Walking Street, Pattaya Beach, Bali Hai Pier, McDonalds, 7-11, etc. are all in walking distance.Very centrally located. Easy to get around anywhere you like. Public transport available right at the doorstep.Had an awesome experience. Definitely coming back!!

We had a great time and wish we could stay longer

Very good place ,close to everything, 5 min walk to walking street , 1 min by 7eleven.Room big and clean.Kan , the receptionist, she's very kind and friendly, she help me for what I need in pattaya always with smile .I suggest to everyone

No breakfast. Very noisy. I still can't get an invoice from the hotel. I got the impression that the hotel is used by prostitutes to bring clients there. But maybe I'm wrong.

Only that it was cheap

Difficult to find initially, staff do not pick up the phone when you need them to, charge to have someone visit even if they stay 2 mins, cheap and taccy room the bed was really hard and did not smell fresh I could see stains in the mattress trough the bed sheets WiFi was not very good at all had to use my own data more bowl and cutlery really dirty toilet seat was full broken an just sitting on the toilet not veryy sound proofed rooms and can hear everything through the windows how ever cheaper then most other places in that area

Decent room in a good location, if you want to be close to the walking street. We rented the 4 person room, which was very spacious with 2 double beds, a sofa and plenty of space to open as many suitcases as you can, all at once. Don't expect luxury, but all the basics are comfortably present.

The entrance of the building looks a bit shady, which fortunately isn't representative for the rooms. 3 stairs is a long way up with all the suitcases! Next to no kitchen utensils, or anything to heat up a meal other than an electric kettle to boil some water. It renders the kitchen a bit useless, but that's what it is anyway in an area littered with restaurants and food stalls.

Becareful of extra charges which they wouldn’t mention in terms and conditions. Let me give one example, they will keep 2small water bottles and 2 big bottles when you enter inside room. Small one is free but big one costs you 80bath each. This is not guest friendly hotel as you have to pay extra amount to be friendly. Think twice before paying deposit in this hotel as you may not get back if something goes wrong. If you really don’t have any other option then check these things before booking this hotel broken door handles, shower room may get blocked with water, i know its hard to check this thing but its upto you. I’m just sharing my experience with this hotel.

There was no mattress in the bedroom I had to slee on a box spring covered with quilts to pad it
